1 hour of phone support is included with the upgrade/support package, and a preferred support rate of $100/hour
Standard support fee: $150/hour. The support package is not mandatory to run our product.

Need Mac hardware? Bundle SeeFile with a Mini ***

* While the support package is not mandatory, you will get upgrades to newer versions of SeeFile at no additional cost plus 1 hour of phone support.

** A profile is a user account that can be managed and distributed to customers. These are simply the maximum number of users with different folders and permissions, SeeFile does not limit the number of simultaneous connections.

*** Please note that while SeeFile can be installed on a Mac Mini, it is important to consider the demand you might have on your server, and therefore the hardware should be chosen appropriately. The minibundle is available only for SeeFile Pro and Studio. The support plan is not included in the price.
